Book Thieves
I have been reading PhiloBiblos to keep abreast of the string of rare book thefts. It amazes me that someone whould steal something like that. Books are next to holy to someone like me. I guess the moeny may be good but still.. I hope they all get locked up in a room without books for life. Now that would be a punishment.

There are a few reasons I created this. The two main reasons are, After reading “The Know-It-All: One Man’s Humble Quest to Become the Smartest Person in the World” By AJ Jacobs. I started wondering if it would be possible for me to read 200 books in a year. This is a chronicle of my efforts.
Another reason for this is I am a part of numerous book and reading communities and I wanted one place that could contain book reviews and other literary events that I am interested in.
