Look Good Feel Great!
You may be wondering why I read two diet books in a week. Well, I stepped on the scale at the Dr’s office and almost had a heart attack. After feeling sorry for myself, I decided I would do best to educate myself on weight management so I never see that horrible number again.
I had read some of Joyce Meyer other books and really enjoyed them. So when I saw this siting on my Aunt’s bookshelf I decided to “borrow” it.
It really has some common sense advice coupled with the spiritual side of things. Like praying before eating. That I can do. “Please lord make me skinny again thank you!” I hope God has a sense of humor. Then again he made me so he must have.
She has it broken up into 12 keys with 5 ideas on how to implement each one. You dont have to do all of them to see results. I found some really helpful advice in this book.
